Enhancements
Facets in Aviary now allow for multiple selection of criteria in each facet.
Improved the account creation process so that users are returned immediately to the last page visited after confirming their email address.
When content is restricted, public users now see a request access button in the same way registered users do.
In Bulk Import processes, users can now create a label for the “Description” field by adding two semicolons in sequence, e.g., ;;. All other fields allow the creation of labels by separating the label from the value with a single semicolon.
Continued Playlist improvements, including a new option to customize the title of a resource within a playlist.
Continued Transcript Editing improvements, including a new option to remove “%Hesitation” values from presentation in a transcript.
Fixes
The Show Log option for ASpace synchronization has been fixed and is operational again.
For a collection that is not publicly accessible, no children resources will appear on the collection landing page, even if the resources are publicly accessible.
Information icon (“i”) for collections on landing pages has been fixed.
Updated calculations for conversion of YouTube CC to WebVTT for use in Aviary.
Synchronized Resource counts across the system so that organizations are not confused about how many Resources are currently being used by the organization.
Standardized behaviors that cause the metadata value “Date Updated” to be updated for a resource. If a user updates resources from edit resource pages, edit description pop-ups, resource table bulk options, or an external synchronization, then the date updated is updated.
